Cancellations accepted up to 25 hours before the scheduled service time.
Within 25 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged a $50 fee and all deposits forfeited.
No Shows will be charged a $50 fee and all deposits forfeited.
There is a 10 minute grace period for arrivals; if you will not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time you may have to reschedule your appointment.
Saturday appointments have a 30% surcharge.
