Cancellations for beauty salon services can be accepted up to 25 hours before the scheduled service time. If you need to cancel within 25 hours of your appointment at our Tokyo hair studio, a $50 fee will apply, and all deposits will be forfeited. Additionally, No Shows will incur a $50 charge, with all deposits also forfeited. We do offer a 10-minute grace period for arrivals; however, if you cannot arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled hair services, you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that Saturday appointments will have a 30% surcharge.
